Human Resources Summer Internship Programme

This is your chance to discover the full extent of HR’s involvement in our wider success story. You’ll see for yourself the business partnering approach that works with all areas of the business to understand their strategic people agenda and provide the latest HR thinking to meet their needs. This will give you vital insights to a wide spectrum of HR issues, from recruitment, retention and reward to talent development and employee relations.

Over the course of the summer, you might find yourself involved in projects such as:

  • Initiating and managing a project to address the impact of legislative changes to the tax-free limit of pension scheme contributions
  • Conducting salary surveys and competitor benchmarking, including liaising with reward specialist consultancies
  • Leading the implementation of an Employee Referral Scheme: liaising with internal communications teams, writing policy and developing promotional strategies with creative directors
