Leadership Training Part 2

Hi all, a little over a month ago I wrote about my experience on the Potential Leaders Programme (PLP) here at Barclays and how it provided me and others on the course to step out of the office and reflect on our own personal brand of leadership. This past week I just completed the second module of the course which focussed on ‘Leading Others’.
