    he last few weeks have been really busy in my placement. The annual salary review, otherwise known as Payround, has now begun. HRBP's are involved in checking the data, consistency meetings and working with the business throughout the process. As one of the most emotive areas of the colleague lifestyle it is vital that Payround is carried out as smoothly and successfully as possible.
